Finally!

I love this product- finally I get to replace my fuzzy homemade version of this. Its use: when you are climbing something gnarly- you don't want a wrist leash to make it difficult to place your gear, but if you drop a tool, you would be up ****'s creek. You can even rest on this in an emergency. The swivel makes switching tools easy. And you can just drop one and let it hang while you do other more important things.

Careful, BD warns against weighting the spinner leashes: http://www.blackdiamondequipment.com/en- us/journal/climb-qclab/qclab/qc-lab-how- strong-is-the-spinner-leash/

Works great but sometimes catches on ice fingers and stretches quite a bit, so you wind up having to reach down around your knee to free it. Can be tricky when youve already stuck your tools. I figure 8 a sling behind my shoulders and fix the spinner in the front.
