good for high arches

I ordered a pair for my daughter because she was having pain in her arches while playing high school sports. They have helped out tremendously. I also ordered a pair for myself to replace the insoles in my running shoes. They felt tighter at first, but I reworked the laces and now they feel great and provide the support I need for my high arches. Good product.
