Ranked #1283 - Men's Trail Run Shoes
September 20, 2009
I just got these about two weeks ago - broke them in slightly (though they really didn't need very much breaking in) and then lead a trip out west for 10 days through a variety of different environments (deserts, rivers, the grand canyon, etc.) and they were fantastic. When they did get wet from submerging them in water, they dried out quickly and completely. They offer great support and traction - especially on the rock. I couldn't believe how well they moved in the river. I was running through the Narrows (river/slot canyon) for several miles and never once had to question the shoes support or traction. Aesthetically they're equally impressive. I hope they don't discontinue this model. The only thing that I think would make it better is if it had a boa lacing system - but that's just my preference.
