Ranked #84 - Women's Down Jackets

This jacket is wonderfully cut if you're tall and slim(ish?) - I'm 5'11"/135lbs and the medium *just* fits - no sweaters under this jacket for me, which is fine since I wanted this as a slim medium warm layer under a shell.
If you wear a C cup or larger, and have a "normal"-sized rib cage (I guess I'm saying if you're not petite), you may want to size up. I wear a 34B, and if I was any larger, the medium wouldn't fit. (However, the arms may be too big then, so you may just want to look elsewhere. I also have the Patagonia Upside of Down jacket, and it's a more generous feminine cut. It's a thicker down jacket as well, but not too puffy by any means.)
For me, being the sasquatch that I am, the Luft's arms are perfectly long, and the back has ample coverage as well. The photos above depict the cut of the jacket pretty accurately. The carbon color, on my computer at least, looks a little green-grey, but it's really a very neutral light grey.
An inside pocket is nice to have, and the slightly gathered cuffs are softened by ribbed cotton on the palm side. As Martha would say, "It's a good thing." Ideally, I'd like a two-way zipper, but it's a minor complaint.
(and shhhhh: I found this jacket on geartrade for a steal. You may want to check there too if you don't mind not being able to return it.)
