I bought this pack to take with me on a 6 week stint in South in durring the end of the monsoon season. This pack packs down very small making it easy to fit in to your luggage or carry on baggage. Once open this little thing sucks up your gear like a vaccuum. I was more then once surprised by the amount of good I could fit in here. While they don't boast its weather proof-ness. I was caught in a monsoon while ridding a bike back to my hotel. Inside the bag was my passport and DSLR. I spent about 3 minutes in the heavy down pour and everything on the inside of the bag stayed dry enough to not get any damage, only small traces of moisture wear observed. This pack is also very durable they used the thicker materials just in the right places to make this light little pack last. If you're thinking of buying one, DO IT!
