good fall jacket

The jacket does not have any of the features listed on the informational tag. The tag says the jacket should have (1) adjustable hem with secure elastic cord loop; (2) Technical Features Screen Print; (3) Rubber eyelet to pass headphones cord; and (4) Rubber loop to hold headphones. I now wonder if the jacket as the "thermore" insulation. But since the jacket looks o.k. and I bought it on sale, only $23.00, I will keep it.
