I love the fly suspension system. I commute by bike 20 miles each way so it is great to not have the sweaty back. Also low profile enough so head does not hit top of pack on road bike. There is a loop to hook the hip belt around back when you do not want to use it. Also used it to hike yesterday and it was great. Only drawback it is could extra interor or exterior pocket.
