I highly recommend the Eagle Creek Pack-It Cube system when traveling in a large bag, especially duffels and backpacks. Keep your clothes from getting wrinkled and lost in the bottom of your bag with a couple of Pack-It Cubes of various sizes. The full Half-Cube is great for several shirts, some shorts, and even a few pairs of pants depending on how you pack it.
