Amazing pant's!

I bought a pair of Norrøna's Svalbard Flex1 Softshell Pant's and was so impressed I bought four more! These pants are completely waterproof. The waist adjustment system and the ankle snaps make it very customizable for whatever activity your doing whether it be hiking, exploring or just going grocery shopping. What they didn't mention was that the pants are perfect as just casual pants and are great for three seasons, four if you wear insulation beneath for winter. Norrøna makes the best products I have ever came across after many years of testing North Face, Mountain Hardwear, etc and is well worth the price tag!

Are you sure these are waterproof? Everything else I can find referencing the pants says they are water "resistant".
