It delivers, with specks if you use a camelback, but it delivers.

I bought this jersey to do a bike ride in dirt roads, altitudes between 2,100 and 2,800 m above sea level and temperatures that were between 15C and 22C, with some wind (but not consistent) and a couple of rain drops. Jersey felt very comfortable, did great in the chilly weather, strong wind can get through it but it was OK because that was not consistent. I really like the tree pockets in the back, very convenient.
I don't give it the 5 stars because "friction" with the straps of my camelback made some specks in the fabric so after 4hrs of riding the jersey looked like it was years old. Other than that, it does the job as advertised.
