feel like a road shoe - Backcountry warning on returns

very light, flexible and cushy. Ran a 10+ trail adventure first time worn without any foot issues. Good for me who is only looking to run up to marathon distances on rocky/rooty east coast trails. I used to run in the Masai's, then Odyssey, so these are a good substitute.
I do have a gripe with Backcountry though who sent me a pair that were filthy and well abused on trail. They claim they never send out returned items but beware. Their 6-months-no-questions-asked return policy is ripe for abuse by the consumer (someone may have had 500 miles on the pair I received judging their appearance) and by the company who may send out equipment they think looks ok.
