DAKINE Team Skate Pack - 1900cu in
Not Happy with the local store on return

When we went to Zumiez in Olympia, WA and we
bought the back pack as stated it shows it has a lifetime warranty. I bought 2 of them for my boys and one of the straps broke and they gave him a brand new one on the spot, Then we still had the other one afer 2 years and the bottom is worn thru with a few holes. Now we go into the store that told us just bring it in and they will replace. Well now they are not doing that and tell us that the warranty is only on the straps and buckles. So I feel that we paid the money for a lifetime warranty which another placed offered as well on a different brand and this time we
were not honored by the store. NOT HAPPY !!!!! They even told us they called the company as well.
