These are exactly what it says only eggs. Even though I dont like eggs by themselves if you do this would be a good lightweight breakfast. I prefer the eggs with bacon but both are good meals.

I agree with others, it's predominantly eggs, but I think this is a good trade-off, vs. those people who decide to take up precious packspace with the plastic "egg cartons". I use a bit extra H20 and you do need to let it sit a bit longer than it says. I for one thought it was a treat. Mountain House makes a lot of great meals!
