Could be used for a heavy bag.

I used 4 of these for my noah's tarp while I was the beach. These worked great!!! The held the tarp down so well. It was going nowhere. Filling them with wet sand and them burying them worked best. Added bonus, you can fill them wet sand and do some curls with them.
