Great Shoes

I bought my 11 year old son his first pair of these shoes in a retail store last year. He loved them, out grew them, and wore them out, all at the same time. When he asked for another pair before school started this year, it was the first time he’d ever said “Can I get these exact same shoes again?”.
One note though.....When they arrived, the shoe lace clasps on both shoes would not hold the laces, so I started the annoying process of a mail order return. To my pleasant surprise though, in one 10 minute phone call to Backcountry.com I got an offer to replace the shoes with no shipping charge and a pre-paid return shipping label by e-mail. Less than two hours after that I got a confirmation e-mail telling me that the replacement shoes had shipped. That’s great customer service. Well done Backcountry.com! I will be back.
