Great ski poles - Teton Backcountry Life-Link

Ranked #255 - Backcountry Ski Poles

I love my Teton Backcountry Life-Link poles and was very upset when I managed to see one bend as I was getting on a chairlift in PerisherBlue (Australia). Until then I'd used them in Japan and Australia last season and half of this season. What I like about them is the weight, the ability to adjust to the length I want and, not to mention the look! After a long uphill haul (I use at 52" or 130cm) they easily adjust for the tele ski (I use at 42" or 105cm) down the hill. And for resort skiing I never leave them outside when I go in for coffee, I adjust them to the shortest length and take them inside with me - they fit in my jacket or in my pack. Great poles for the price and weight. Just need to make them bend proof!! I hope I can buy the bottom section separately.
