Ranked #155 - Men's Hiking and Climbing Pants
August 11, 2009
I've had these pants for about a year now, and they are definitely my favorite hiking/climbing pants. They don't weigh much, so they make their way into my backpack pretty often in case cool weather blows in. The built in belt is definitely handy and means there's one less thing I might forget on my next trip.
While these pants are nice and lightweight, they have taken a beating and still look almost new. They are typical MH quality, and I have a feeling they'll last me a while. One last note - the back pockets are not at your typical "jean" location. They're lower and moved out towards the hips. It makes sitting on your wallet feel a little funny, but it also make them WAY more accessible if you're wearing a backpack or climbing harness.
