Ranked #2517 - Men's Softshell Jackets

The MH G50 is great! Use it for the commute to work, about town, on the trail, really anywhere I need a jacket. Grab it for every occation when I need a jacket.Wind is no match for the G50. Took the advice of one reviewer and put my arm out the window of my car on the highway ... just a drop of wind came through, which is to be expected going 60 mph.Rain ... not a drop. One gripe, the fleece lining around the neck does get damp because of the lack of hood, but the body of the jacket stays bone dry. We'll see when the GWR wears off.Had it since April and love it! Looking forward to see what it will be able to take on during these cold Wisconsin winters.

Update on the WI winters. Bomber in the cold ... if you have the right layers. Everyone has it on the head, if you stay active, it's crazy warm. With a long sleeve button down dress shirt on and the G50 it took over 10 minutes to get chilled in the single digits with negative teens for windchills. With a propper baselayer you'd be toasty for a while, especially if you're doing something active like skiing or climbing.
