Overall quality is great. The zippers take the abuse of cramming that last piece of clothing or gear in without a problem. Internal compression cord helps to keep things in place while traveling. Handle is very sturdy and much better than past rolling luggage experiences. Large diameter wheels roll well on uneven surfaces. Only drawback to the 26 is the overall height/length does not fit in overhead luggage compartment on planes straight in, you need to place lengthwise, stick with the 21 for carry-on.
