Very comfortable- especially with the adjustable straps. It is closely fitted, but not skin-tight, which is really nice. And, the top has a small slit at the bottom of the back hem to provide some further freedom of movement. Long enough to almost reach my hips. I am normally a size 2/4 for tops, and I got a size S.
