I'd hoped for more

They got the padding right and I like the fit. They are on the thin side and are a little slippery inside in my shoe. My foot slides a bit when I'm hiking. My feet got hotter than with cotton socks.

these are running socks, not a hiking sock. they are intended for a lightweight, ample cushion and support. and very little else. these socks will be much cooler than a cotton sock if running, or getting after it. less, is more.
