I've had the Glide & Set Kayak saddles for another car using the Thule square crossbars. The new G & S saddles have updated "Set" saddles which includes better grippers molded into the rubber, and, the curvature of the saddles can be controlled via small wing nuts/screws to make for a superb custom fit for any hull. That's new and an excellent feature. The first set of saddles I received had defective "Glide" saddles...the felt pads were peeling off the plastic backing. But, a phone call and quick response from Backcountry (sending me replacements immediately without waiting for return of the defects) had my kayak "back in the saddle again" in a flash. Thanks Backcountry!
