These gave me a great day of backcountry snowboarding. Really comfy straps and easy climbing, and with the light weight I hardly noticed them on the way down.

Yes, you can wear them with about any boot - large or small. The flexibility in accepting so many boot types/sizes into the bindings is one of the great features about MSR snowshoes.

I dont know about snowboard boots, I wear campboots with these shoes. They are awesome. The ascenders seem like a gimic but they make a huge difference. The plastic is durable and light. Its my 3rd pair of snowshoes overall (TUBBS and ATLAS). they are the last I will ever buy. I do recommend these to friends. Spend the extra money, the ascenders rock!!!
