Ranked #1099 - Weekend Packs (3000-4500 cu in)
July 22, 2009
usually i like to travel light but getting into bigger mountains and longer trips i needed a pack that could handle the gear. First time use was as expected a bit akward getting use to a new pack but now after about the third trip i wouldn't change anthing about it. The straps are super comfortable. they make it feel light even when you pack it full 50lbs , rain was no problem althought i'm sure if you went through a heavey down poor things might get damp. The fabric held up to sliding down a few roks on my back. The only down fall is geting my bag into the botton compartment. I don;t have one of those super compact down bags so its a bit bigger than normal, and it fits, its just a pain. All in all tho its a great pack for most situations.
