Gear Review
Overall good pack

Ranked #862 - Daypacks

I bought this pack to use as a laptop bag for traveling and riding to work. I've also taken it day hiking and for that it really excels. It has a lot of good features which are outlined in the description. Love the bungie on the back. Very comfortable with heavy loads. Fits someone as tall as me (6'7"). Strap system works great. Material is much better than other packs I looked at and I think it will withstand much harder use. Fits under the seats on airplanes even when full (barely). Looks great with good color selection...
What it needs:
1. Integrated rain hood
2. A little bigger laptop area (I bought it because it said it could fit a 17" laptop. It does, but just barely - the corners of the laptop push up the corners on the top of the pack.) An up side is that it's got great padding at the bottom of the laptop area.
3. zippers need to go all the way down
I would have given it 5 stars if it fit a big laptop better and the zippers went all the way down. Those two things make using the pack for what I need a little more difficult than it could be.
All in all I would definitely recommend this pack. I think I will be using for years to come.
