I ordered this shirt to approximate a uniform shirt for my volunteer trail-maintenance work - the "official" shirts are a men's cotton-poly, don't breathe well, and of course, are not cut for a woman's (ahem) body. Unfortunately, very few women's nylon shirts have two pockets with flaps...sigh. This shirt would have fit the bill but unfortunately the check pattern simply is too obvious and doesn't match the uniform standards. So it's going back...

Nice shirt but runs very small. I bought the large and runs more of a med to small.

This shirt fits a little tighter in the waist than other button up shirts from The North Face. I liked the look and feel of the shirt but since it was too small in the waist I will be returning it.
