Decent commuter pack

I like this bag. Plenty of space, fits around the back well, and good laptop sleeve, although it can be annoying to get a bigger laptop in there. Still, I have some complaints. First, the straps at the top are too close together and rub on my neck if my shirt doesn't have a collar. second, the quality is slightly sub-par. The stitching at the top of the straps has started to pull a bit. Lastly, I'm not sure how water resistant the bag is. I think any commuting bag should stand up to some serious rain. For now, it's suiting me fine. I would buy it again at steep and cheap price. For $89.00, it could definitely use some improvements.
