Great Shirt!

I love this shirt! I wear it with the Capilene 4 bottoms under my jacket and pants while boarding and stay 100% warm. I sized up on the top (L) because I like to wear the shirt by itself around town without a scandalously tight look. For underwear insullation purposes only, the M shirt is great for me (5'6"/135).
