Big fan of Inno racks so far. I also have the ski/board rack and love that. Just installed and took this out this morning. Mine was missing the installation instructions, but it was simple enough and took less than 20 minutes to install. Took it out on some rough roads and my bike was super solid in the rack. Don't buy a rack for the name. Thule and Yakima have some competition with Inno. I also really like they don't nickel and dime you for the locks - those should be included like they are on the Inno racks. Thumbs up!!!

**Update** The front wheel bracket broke-off within 8 months (without a bike on it - possible car wash or something). Contacted Inno's customer service twice in the last year with no response. They lick balls.
