pros= i have hiked with this pack so much and have never had a problem, so much can easily be fit into this pack, the shoulder straps and hip straps are comfortable and do not chafe and adjust to a verity of sizes, there are ample lashing straps and out side pockets, large brain for storing maps and such, insane amounts of padding on the straps that make this pack sooo comfortable, water bladder compatible, i dont know if it is advertised or not as a water proof/resistant pack but it keeps water out very well even in harsh down poors, awesome price
cons= the only problem i found was that after a two week long hike on the AT there was a slight tear where the shoulder strap meets the pack this was easily fixed
