Gear Review
Great...but apparently bendable
By Leslie George
Ranked #256 - Pots and Pans - Titanium

I got this just prior to entering the BWCA for 5 days. It boiled water VERY quickly, in about 33% less time than the 'regular' camp pot I used to use. The handle is slick, lid sits sturdily atop, and the pot's coating is truly non-stick. BUT...it was near the bottom of my canoe pack on the trip out and on its side. By the time I got home to unpack, it was, well, more oval shaped than round. Never really considered that compression straps on my canoe pack and/or the weight of what was on top of it may bend it. It's so soft that I was able to bend it back easily to 'nearly' round... Now the lid (which did not bend) fits too tight to get it off safely. Yes, I'd still recommend buying this pot, but I'll be much more careful packing it from now on.
