I don't run, I walk. Occasionally, I hike 3-5 miles. I also have hammer toes on my pinkie toes. For 50 years, I have suffered with foot blisters between my toes and on the balls of my feet, especially when I travel to humid climates. Even a podiatrist couldn't help. But these socks have been great! Not only do they help prevent between the toe blisters, they also help with the blisters on my soles. Now, when I am about to walk/hike/vacation, I use pieces of duct tape on the balls of my feet under Injinji Performance Micro Socks. No more blisters - - anywhere!!
