In keen boots I always wear a half size larger than my "normal" size. In this case, going a half size up was too large. I am in the process of exchanging them for a smaller size. Not sure how I feel about the thin straps, but overall they seem like sturdy shoes, but not as clunky as a hiking shoe. Will write an update once I wear the replacements...
