Not comfortable

I have been a loyal Ocean Minded customer for about 6 years. My first pair cost $20 and lasted me several years and were the most comfortable sandals of all time. However, since then, I have gone through 4 pairs trying to find the same level of comfort. I had hoped that these Mokulua sandals would do the trick. Unfortunately, after wearing them for a couple weeks, I realized that they were not as comfortable as advertised. The surface of the sandal is very smooth and has almost no grip. My feet slide around on them which makes walking uncomfortable. Under the surface, the foam layer is fairly thick, but doesn't provide much softness. Basically it feels like walking on a hard, slippery surface. Also, the sandals are quite heavy due to the thick hard rubber soles. I would not recommend these and I will be trying a different brand.
