Best harnesss ever...

I can guarantee that this is the best harness I have ever worn. It is extremely comfortably and light. It has the ability to stash a ton of gear and it also can be used on multi-pitch. I have found that it is excellent for sport and trad and whatever you want to do.

Sizewise you should go get a tape measure and figure out how big your waist is. If you are in the small portion of one size you should stay with that size, but if you are in the large portion of one size you could size up.
