This simple design will allow you to make your own rack system for your bike. I bolted these directly to the panels of my Chevy Avalanche. They are super strong, hold up to weather and most importantly lock.

I read the comment below about being able to remove the other side with pliers...although I have not tried it, I cannot imagine being able to remove it with ease. Let's face it, given enough time and the right tools, no lock is safe.
