Easy to chew and swallow

Used them first time when training for 1/2 marathon. On long runs, chewed on 1-2 shots every 30 mins. I felt the instant energy jolt (maybe it's psychological). They are easy to chew and swallow. I usually follow these with a lot of water.
Lime/Mountain Berry are my favs.
On hot days - I've noticed that the bloks tend to get really sticky.
