laptop macbook pro doesn't fit

The quality of bag is not questionable. It is made of good material. It is made to last forever. However I am pretty disappointed by the design. Let me explain.
When I received it, I realised that my laptop 17inch, a macbook pro, didn't fit in the inside sleeve. Since I needed the bag I decided to use anyway and keep it, hoping that despite the sleeve problem I would find it practical. (I had to buy another one from a different brand)
It is a sturdy BUT NOT a well designed and functional bag for traveling. Specially nowadays when you need to remove you computer several times from the bag in airports. Although the bag is big and could have space to carry loads of stuff, it can't be used to carry things well. The zip should have been at the top, all the way from right to left. It's huge but really it can only carry the laptop.
The bag opens with a zip that goes from the top right to middle height of the back and then up again to the left. Si things just fall off, if you don't have the time to zip it again on a table or anyware. It is also difficult to open or close the zip when you are carrying the bag.
1 - inside sleeve to small for 17' each macbook pro
2 - opening of the bag, things may fall off
Hope this helps improving the product
