...literally! and figuratively, I wear a size 11 men US (pumas) and purchased 10.5 US.They were very uncomfortable at first, but every time i slip them on they feel better.but they are wearing in really nicely, and they look really bad ass.Im not the biggest fan of the spiders on the sides. (overdone! but oh well.)overall these shoes are great...a little painful at first, but they have all of the grip I am looking for at a reasonable price.
UPDATE...
I am returning these shoes because they are extremely painful, and must be taken off once every three climbs!

Sorry to hear that the Replikans didn't work for you. A Millet shoe that might work a bit better is the Hybrid, same price although a bit more of a comfortable fit.
