Gear Review
Solid in snow

I used these gaiters on a backpacking trip in the Adirondacks last winter and they were great for the hike in. We had to break a trail, but the snow was only about a foot and a half deep, so these were tall enough to wear and they kept my legs dry. I prefer these to wearing bulky snow pants any day. Also, I should note that I choose these because of the heavy duty materials. They don't feel wimpy, and I would be comfortable walking through a torn bush with them on.
