Altimeter works well... alarm works... sunrise/sunset is a useful feature... tells the time. All pretty easy to use.
Other than that what I like is the strap is long enough to wrap around the outside of several layers, so you can wear it on cold days and easily tell the time/altitude.
Other people have commented on the watch - it's got a really large face and apparently looks cool.
Biggest downside is the face scratched easily. Battery life has been ok, though have had to replace once in the past year.
