Nice change from oatmeal

I was previously wary of these breakfast type meals. Tried them on my last two trips and was pleasantly surprised. By far the best of the mountain house meals. Trick is to make sure you drain the water off properly to ensure the eggs aren't soggy. Certainly appreciated the sodium overdose on multi-day trips, and the taste is pretty good.
