Software Issues

Ranked #473 - Heart Rate Monitors

The S625X is nothing short of an amazing watch. I use data as a motivational tool for my solo trail runs, backpacks, etc. So being able to view a graphic of altitude, speed, distance, HR, temp all displayed in a way that reflects my journey is great.
That said, the Polar Software seems to have some tech writing difficulties. I have more difficulties getting up to speed with their software than any other I use. As with any new product there are some glitches. The wrist monitor and foot pod accurately measure distance, but uploading it to the PPP (Polar Precision Performance) software always results in about 10% less distance. The nice, but apparently overwhelmed tech support staff are not adequately answering this issue.
