Gear Review
Carries light and packs down well, I dig it!

The first thing I noticed about the Marmot Hydrogen Sleeping Bag I had just purchased was how incredibly light it was, a measly 1lb 5oz. Upon receiving my bag from the nice deliveryman I was wondering if anything were even in the box it was so light. The stuff size is quite small as well, about the size of a football. The first trip with this bag was spent in Utah's Uinta Mountains on a trek to summit Kings Peak. The nights were cold, below the 30F rating on the bag, and I stayed plenty warm. Only complaints would be that the zipper is only half-length which can make it difficult to get in and out of. I guess that saves some weight. Other than that it's a great bag and I'm happy with the purchase and the weight off my back.
