Great Things Come in Little Packages
By Wild Woman
Ranked #1911 - Weekend Packs (3000-4500 cu in)
August 2, 2005
I call the Breeze a great thing in a little package. It is amazingly light at 14 ounces, very basic. I purchased it as a conditioning pack, and as a daypack. I was able to pack everything for a 4-day getaway in the Breeze. All my stuff is ultralight so it packed well, including my little MSR tent. I use a 3-litre Camelback which I put in the big outside mesh pocket, keeping other items handy in the other 2 mesh side pockets. My pack fully loaded weighs only 17-pounds. It went with me in July to Northern Minnesota where I did miles of trails. The Breeze has shoulder straps, no waist belt or sternum straps yet I suffered no problems with my shoulders. I am really happy with the Breeze, enough to use it instead of my 6-pound pack.
