Awesome BC boots

Ranked #1123 - Alpine Touring Boots

These are great boots for the backcountry. They are flexible enough for comfortable touring and hiking, and are quite light compared to alpine boots. In ski mode, the boots still have a lot of flex, which takes a little getting used to. But it is definitely worth the trade-off for an easier climb.
My only gripe is with the placement of the buckle across the foot arch. It is extremely vulnerable to getting caught on rocks/ice/snow while climbing, and can easily be broken off completely. Reversing the buckle would probably make a big difference.
