I really like the bag, but all the reviews I read prior to purchase were spot on. Shoulder strap: useless, too long to function. Size: bigger than I had hoped and the volume did not include the pockets I am sure. No firm bottom: fine when bag is stuffed, but must have a bunch of stuff in there to make it hold shape. DESPITE those comments, the bag is bomber and I like it.
