Light is Right (Vector 22 Tent)

I've been looking for a lightweight 2-person, 3-season tent for some time now. Spending most of my working time around Scotland (I'm a professional mountaineer and sometimes am asked to guide clients in the remoter areas of Scotland) I am required to be totally self sufficient. This means that any kit I carry, and in particular my tent, cannot be split carried with a partner. The Vector 22 seemed to fit the bill and has proved itself even better that I expected.
It's also proving itself even more valuable in my travels abroad where every pound counts with so much climbing gear to carry and weight restrictions of around 23 kilos/50lb on most airlines.
Weight apart, the space available within the tent itself and entrance are impressive. Plenty space for two people to crash out with all the debris we usually accumulate around us as we "might need this during the night".
Still hasn't been tested out in full winter conditions and, although not suggested for 4 season, might be suitable for 4 season low level. I'll keep you posted.
If you're also of the "light is right" school of thought but also looking for spacious accommodation, the Vector 22 is well worth considering.
