Meets basic needs but design flaw to consider...

I am a huge fan of Pack-it products so I happily bought the Koala 9 months ago to serve as my gym toiletry kit. I use it 5 days a week and it travels in a car, in a backpack and back and forth to the shower, very light use.
Description: It holds enough for daily basics, estimated 1 week trip, depending on how you stock it. Zipper compartment at the top can hold a small, flat object or tube, razor kit, and has a hanging hooked tucked into it for convenience. Small mirror is attached with velcro and removable. There are 4 elastic-topped compartments in the middle and can hold plastic bottles enough for 1 week shampoo, shower gel, a squarish comb, etc. The bottom compartment can hold 4 medium tubes of sunscreen, deodorant, hair gel, etc.
Consideration: There is a design flaw in this model in that when it is folded, the zipper from the lower compartment rubs against one of the elastic compartments and tears a hole in the material. The material is relatively durable so the hole isn't large enough to render the small compartment unusable yet, but it will in the next 2 months or so based on the current wear. Examine the structure yourself and you'll see what I mean. Look at the zipper on the bottom pocket, right side, and you'll see how it would rub.
Thanks for reading.
