Solid construction - lots of pockets to hide things. Very comfy shoulder strap.
Construction seems pretty solid.
It is not a big case - room for the laptop, a few files... but when I start throwing in all the crap I usually lug on the road - spare laptop battery, GPS, sunglasses, advil and assorted other road medications... it runs out of space. So, smaller then I thought it would be, but a very well built product.
